- Provide concierge services and general information to help facilitate visits to office, (e.g., generic business information, conference room reservations, transportation assistance, directions, hotel information, local restaurants, etc.) where requested by client.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the facility to assist new and visiting employees with Site navigation and provide a general overview of available Site services and amenities. Ensure proper escorts are arranged for Non workers within company facilities, (e.g., visitors, customers, guests).
- Take ownership for the entire reception area, including but not limited to ensuring the environment is clean, tidy, and well represented of a company facility.
- Respond to complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous fashion while projecting a positive image. Anticipate the needs of customers and guests, whenever possible. Register and provide a temporary badge to visitors, customers, suppliers, short-term company contingent workers and company retirees (if retiree does not possess a company retiree photo badge).
- Answer telephone, transfer calls and provide general assistance. Ensure proper movement of company and personal property in accordance with local guidelines.
